Gibungous Rubber Ducky a Metaphor for Ontario Premier's Wynne's Governance?

It's overgrown, full of hot air and a colossal waste of our cash--so yeah, the metaphor works.

The world's largest rubber duck is on a six-city tour to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday, ending in Brockville Aug. 10-13.
